We are strictly a consultation firm, helping to provide you with ideas, and or services that we render to clients for payment. We will not be held responsible for any legal damages done by your negligence to follow any copyright or trademark laws, or following the specific laws of your country, and or state or location, including but not limited to use of prohibited materials on your website.

Any templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content (e.g. pictures, photos, and text) to the template yourself, unless you have paid us to retain our services exclusively for you.

The templates shall not be used for websites with illegal contents.

You understand that UBS is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered on the website we help you to design, and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content.

You are responsible for paying for any templates that you wish to use that will be designed specifically for your website, in full, before we will work on them. If you choose to use a pre-made template, then we must have permission from the designer of that template, before using it. Also, if you do use a pre-made template, do not be surprised when you may see a similar layout design on the net.
